CHPS Criteria Interpretation Request Form

To submit a CHPS Criteria Interpretation (CCI), please complete the form below. CHPS Verified projects qualify for up to three credit interpretations free of charge. For each additional CCI, interpretations are $250 for non-members and $200 for CHPS members.

For CHPS Designed or non-registered projects, interpretations are $250 for non-members and $200 for CHPS members.

All CHPS Criteria Interpretations will be added to the CHPS Criteria Interpretation Library.
