CHPS Verified Program Fees (for projects in Massachusetts, Colorado, Texas, Virginia, and non-HPI projects in California),

Registration for CHPS Verified is $900 for CHPS members, $1250 for non-members.

HPI-CHPS Verified Program Fees (for projects in Calfornia - fees for CHPS review only)

In November of 2010, CHPS and California's Division of the State Architect (DSA) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that allows a school district to apply jointly for CHPS Verified recognition and Proposition 1D High Performance Incentive Grant funding. In the CHPS Verified program, accountability rests on the design team, school district, CHPS, DSA (for design review) and a 3rd-party reviewer (for construction review) to ensure that the high performance features are implemented as intended.

As a result of this partnership, CHPS implemented a new review fee structure for projects applying for HPI funding and CHPS Verified recognition.

Prefab Classroom CHPS Verified Program Fees

CHPS is expanding its CHPS Verified program to provide a certification for high performance modular and relocatable classrooms. This certification will allow for providers to market a prefabricated model to customers, and customers will be able to easily purchase a model that meets high performance standards.
