On Thursday, June 24, CHPS will be spending the day with you on the world wide web. Join us, and your fellow education professionals, industry leaders, and knowledgeable vendors at American School & University’s FREE interactive event dedicated to green/sustainable practices in our nation’s education institutions. Join us for our session, Your Next Green School Is Already Built, at 9:30 AM PDT, 12:30 PM EDT

Existing school buildings present major opportunities to create high performance facilities for all students. Join CHPS on June 24 at 9:30 AM PDT, 12:30 PM EDT to learn about tools available to assess and improve your existing schools, including the new Operations Report Card (ORC), a program that guides school staff on how to conduct yearly assessments in energy, air quality, thermal comfort, lighting and acoustics. Use it to benchmark the performance of both high and low performance schools, and get recommendations for improvement. You'll also discover innovative strategies for successful modernizations, as well as how to meet tough prerequisites within a small project scope.
