By using the Collaborative for High Performance Schools (“CHPS”) Website (“Our Site”), you the visitor (You) agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions (Terms) set forth below. Please read these Terms carefully.
The Terms, along with our Privacy Notice and Cookies Statement, constitute an agreement (“The Agreement”) between You and CHPS. We reserve the right to modify any or all of this Agreement at any time, and such change will be effective immediately upon its publication on Our Site. Your continued access to or use of Our Site shall be deemed acceptance of this Agreement.
Site content
The contents of Our Site, such as text, graphics, images, and video, are owned by or licensed to CHPS. Material not belonging to CHPS belongs to its respective third-party owners. Our name, CHPS, and CHPS logos are trademarked and use is subject to authorization by CHPS.
All site content, in whole or in part, is protected by all applicable copyright laws and any other intellectual property or proprietary laws.
Unless otherwise specified, You may not sell, rent, modify, reproduce, display, distribute, redistribute, re-publicize, retransmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit or otherwise use the Site Content, in whole or in part, in any way without the respective owner's prior written consent.
Management of site content
CHPS reserves the right to establish practices regarding a visitor's use of the Service and storage on Our Site.
You understand that CHPS may not necessarily prescreen or monitor all Site Content but reserves the right to refuse or remove any such content for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to modify, reject or eliminate any information residing on or transmitted to Our Site that CHPS believes is unacceptable or in violation of the Agreement.

Membership
Members agree to provide accurate and complete registration information, and to keep it current. Members also agree to abide by the fee structure and membership renewal terms as set forth in the membership contract terms. Members are not to unlawfully use CHPS intellectual property and trademarked brands, or share their membership with any third party.
Members grant CHPS the right to use their organization’s name and logo on the CHPS website and on related marketing materials to indicate membership in CHPS.
CHPS Members are expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including CHPS’ Terms of Use. CHPS reserves the right at any time to change the Terms of Use at any time.
User accounts and conduct
CHPS grants User accounts for the purpose of accessing content and forms on Our Site. Users are responsible maintaining usernames and passwords, and updating any information required (i.e. name, email address) to register for an account.
You agree that You will not use Our Site to post, transmit or distribute any material that violates any local, state, national or international laws, proprietary rights, or intellectual property rights (including without limitation copyright and trademark rights). You agree not to impersonate any person or entity or otherwise misrepresent Your affiliation with a person or entity. CHPS may, at any time and at its sole discretion, terminate or limit your access to Our Site if we believe You have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Agreement.

This Web site contains links to Web sites and resources owned by third parties. Should You utilize these links, You do so at Your own risk and agree that CHPS is not responsible or liable for any direct or indirect damage or loss caused.

As such, CHPS’ publication of third-party Site Material does not constitute an endorsement, warranty or guarantee of any information, instruction, opinion, products or services contained within the third-party Site Material.
Limited license
Permission may be granted to those wishing to use, reproduce, and/or display all or any portion of any CHPS® Rating System appearing on the CHPS website in the form of a limited, royalty-free, nonexclusive, revocable license, so long as the user attributes the permission of and authorship and copyright to the Collaborative for High Performance Schools in any such use, reproduction, and/or display. You are welcome to send comments on Our Site and services to CHPS by email. Please note that any communication or other materials that You transmit to CHPS are considered to be, and will be treated as, non-confidential, unless the Web page through which information is submitted expressly states otherwise.
